John's experience includes the design and preparation of commercial and residential grading plans, improvement plans for public and private roads, utility plans and the calculation and drafting of subdivision maps, parcel maps, record of surveys and exhibit maps. John also has experience in the preparation of construction staking packages, construction stakjing packages, construction staking, construction oversight, preparation of bid documents and engineering estimates.
