The
Grass Valley Main Street Project included replacement of the paving
and sidewalks and the addition of planters and inlay cross-walks. This
investment by Grass Valley complimented the private investments of downtown
merchants to make the heart of town more vibrant than ever before. Our
services included the design survey, design, construction staking, and
involvement throughout construction. This project won the Engineers'
Association of Nevada County Project of the Year Award. Back

Olympia
Plaza on Plaza Drive is a subtle, highly landscaped retail center in
the Glenbrook area of Grass Valley. It is developed with regionally
popular restaurants and other businesses. We designed all of the infrastructure.

The
Providence Plaza project in Nevada City incorporated architecture complimenting
the history of the town. We did the site planning, entitlement, infrastructure
design, grading/drainage design, and construction staking for this project.

Our
building was designed under the direction of company president, Ken
Baker. It is an office building inside the nationally recognized historical
district of Nevada City, California. We did the site planning, entitlement,
and the grading, drainage, and utility design. Andy Cassano, one of
our principles, was City Planner for Nevada City when this project was

Maier
Manufacturing is an internationally recognized manufacturer of after
market motorcycle parts. They are among many such businesses located
in the Whispering Pine Business Park in Grass Valley, California. We
did the land use planning, the entitlement, assessment district formation,
infrastructure design, bid processing, contract administration, and

This
traffic roundabout was the first in Western Nevada County, serving Sierra
College and the Litton Business Park. The Litton Business Park is located
in Grass Valley and is rapidly developing to meet the current needs
of light industrial, medical, and specialty occupants. We did the land
use planning, entitlement, infrastructure design, final map and survey,

Morgan
Ranch in Grass Valley is one of the few local subdivisions where the
developer creates the lots and builds the houses. Its combination of
housing types, front yards landscaped by the developer, and convenient
location have made it one of the most successful projects in Western
Nevada County. Project manager Tony Medler is a master at phasing the
project to meet market demand. We did the land use planning, entitlement,
infrastructure design, construction staking, subdivision mapping, and

Sierra
Woodlands is a rural subdivision consisting of lots that are 1.5 acres
and larger. The project is served by public water and individual septic
systems. It has become the address of many prestigious homes that are
beautifully integrated into the natural landscape. We did the land use
planning, entitlement through Nevada County, infrastructure design,
construction staking, final subdivision map, and lot surveys. Back

Highgate
House Grass Valley is an assisted living project for seniors located
next to Sierra College. This project provides quality living to seniors
in a natural surrounding. The project includes an Alzheimer patient
unit. We provided entitlement services and designed all of the site
plan infrastructure and drainage. Back

Institutional
The
Nevada County Campus of Sierra College is located on a beautiful hill
top in Grass Valley. Our principals provided site selection studies,
environmental impact report, entitlement and agency liaison, on and
off-site infrastructure design, and construction support services.
