Civil Engineering

Our firm has provided civil engineering services to private and public sector clients since 1978. Our principal engineers, Tom Lott and Bill Green, have extensive local experience.

Our work has generally concentrated on community development work, including design of streets, drainage, utilities, and grading. We specialize in work throughout the foothills and mountains of the Sierra Nevada and incorporate design techniques that minimize site disturbance and cost. We also provide structural engineering for custom homes and non-residential building designs.
