Daniel J.
Heinz - Draftsman
Daniel works in combination with staff
here to prepare all types of engineered plans, survey maps, and
planning maps.
The engineering plans provide direction
on the construction requirements of street, drainage, retaining
walls and utilities. The survey maps and plates meet legal standards
for subdivisions, parcel map, record-of-survey, and other plates
that convey record land title information. The planning maps
meet standards published by the jurisdictions in our region and
serve the purpose of clearly explaining a proposed project to
agency staff, decision makers and interested public members.
In addition to his production work,
Daniel keeps our computer network running smoothly and efficiently.
He maintains standards for backup so that our clients' digital
information is protected at all times. He also works with our
design professional associates to interchange information flawlessly
to maximize team and project efficency.
